The bread revolution in Zurich: John Baker still has really good bread. From regional, ecological and seasonal organic goods, from wheat from happy Demeter fields, from lovingly cultivated yeast. Traditionally baked in the bakery of John Baker aka Jens Jung, where the team is not a team, but a big family: a family business 2.0, so to speak. It takes two days from the freshly prepared yeast to the crusty bread - and all production steps take place in-house and are sold fresh from the oven. Very old school - and very cool!
