Dear employee, dear colleague Thank you very much for your comment. I very much regret that your current employment at Somnitec is not to your satisfaction. I can understand that the large amount of work that accumulates can lead to a sub-optimal working environment. We can confirm to you that we are fully aware of this and that we are doing everything in our power to ensure that we are able to recruit qualified employees through the recruitment process, which will lead to a reduction in the workload. We greatly appreciate that you consider the communication between management and employees to be well functioning and we will continue to be available for our employees to discuss their concerns.
