This works well in the company

There are many very committed and friendly employees in the company, who unfortunately don't have much to say. Older employees also have a chance here - in the technical professions. I also particularly appreciate the cultural mix, which creates a positive diversity in the working environment.

This could be improved

The company and many employees are stuck in the past - outdated machines, inefficient processes from the 1980s and 1990s and a management team that ignores obvious grievances as long as their own annual bonuses and company cars are secure. The workload is completely excessive: an alleged 40-hour week realistically feels like a 50-hour week - it is not without reason that a "resilient personality" is always sought. Working from home for office jobs is not an option - except, of course, for some managers. Particularly alarming is the behavior of some long-serving employees, which is obviously covered up by superiors despite gross and reprehensible missteps. The competence of some managers also leaves a lot to be desired and, from an employee perspective, is tantamount to gross negligence. If you want to get a realistic picture, you should read the reviews on Kununu.
