In addition, there was no proper planning, so that savings are now being made on employees and internal events - the main thing is that the bonus is right at the top. The building is also outdated. The employees are treated as numbers, and some people are currently being dismissed. At the same time, however, we were obliged to work overtime every year. Positive is the cohesion in the teams, and the support of TL.
