Working atmosphere is very pleasant. All nice people. Cooperation is also great.

At the moment I cannot complain about bigger problems. At most there are small things like in every company.

Despite the often very short-term projects, everything is handled very conscientiously and with the necessary depth. The good working climate can be maintained even under this high pressure.

Due to the seasonal construction periods, a lot of decisions are made at very short notice and then implemented. Longer lead times would be desirable here, but cannot be changed by the office, that is the nature of things.

I have been working in this company for a couple of years now and can only report positive results. The team, the management are all very friendly and helpful. What has to be mentioned very much is that the work is very varied and exciting. You can work on very high quality projects, which you would probably not be able to do in other offices. It should also be mentioned that there are always certain opportunities for further training.

I could hardly mention anything about possible improvements. Since everything is really right for me.

I have been working for mls architekten for 12 years and am satisfied on the whole. As a mother of two small children, I can arrange my working hours in the way that works best for us as a family. The management is very accommodating in this respect.

Through the office locations Zermatt/Visp and the working region Upper Valais, the work consists of many very exciting and varied projects. The optimal working conditions and the good team cohesion ensure a pleasant, very good working atmosphere.

Work processes could be optimised by longer planning phases.
