Initially they made a good impression and the benefits seemed appealing.
This could be improved
I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Natzka, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn other consumers. Having been a loyal employee of renowned vendors for years, I was initially intrigued by Natzka's seemingly advanced technology and went off to engage with them. They clearly positioned themselves as a comparable alternative, even using similar branding and marketing language. However, the similarities end there. What I was presented with to work on was a pale imitation, lacking the quality, attention to detail, and overall value that I've come to expect from vendors that Natzka was positioning themselves superior to. The business intelligence I was presented fell short of my expectations. In a short period my time it became clear that Natzka was capitalizing on other vendors reputation without investing in the core elements that make that reputation deserved. Beyond the subpar product itself, the customer service experience seemed equally frustrating. When contacted by potential customers about some questions, the response was nothing but the ignorance. In the end it felt like they were more interested in mimicking the style of customer interaction rather than the substance of genuinely helpful support.
