Good dev team, where you feel your voice is heard. The company knows where it's heading to, and has great visions for the future.
This could be improved
When i applied, it went pretty quick. they did not let me wait for months but invited me for interviews quickly, and were happy to answer all questions i had. I can bring in my ideas and feel like i can make a real change here, as it has a flat hierarchy.

We are a young and dynamic team with high ambitions and drive. Everyone gets a voice and is welcomed to bring in ideas.
This could be improved
We do need some more structure when it comes to organising ourselves, but we are working on it.
