Keine Ahnung erhlichgesagt was dort gut läuft. Ich persönliche hatte ein Erlebnis das einer unpersönlichen automatisierten Abfertigung entspricht?

Schön wäre es wenn man, nicht erst bei einem Problem mit Menschen zu tun hat sondern von Anfang an wenigsten mal ein persönliches Telephonat. Wenn man fragen hat und mal glück hat eine Email zu erhalten sind diese extrem knapp gehalten und unklar formuliert. Bevor Stellen vorgeschagen werden sollten die Mitarbeiter doch bitte das ausgefüllte kandidatendossier durchlesen. Ich bekam unpassende Stellenangebote. Nach dem ausfüllen wurde ich als erstes von einem SMS Bot angefragt, fragen zu beantworten welche ich schon im Formular beantwortet hatte. Sehr weird.

I can't judge that. The staff is quite competent, but I would think Rocken is perfect for up to 49-year-olds, less suitable for older people in my view.

I would like to have more exchanges. I had the feeling of hanging in the air from time to time. But that may also have been due to me.
