Half a year passed until I got an answer. After the first interview they said that they would invite me to a second interview. After several attempts to reach the human resources department, it worked once and they were very surprised about my call. A few weeks later I got a rejection by mail.
This could be improved
If a personal interview has already taken place, I would feel it makes sense to call in case of a rejection and not simply send a rejection email. For me, an application for this company never comes into question again.
