The atmosphere is terrible. All inexperienced dispatchers who do not take the chauffeurs seriously. If you defend yourself, then you are a 2 class driver, which means you become an outsider. The employees of poor contract drivers, who hardly speak German, are left behind. The management should also think about why there are so many departures. Although every vehicle has a scanner, the driver still has to write x reports, which also costs the driver nerves and loss of time. Conclusion: I cannot recommend it to anyone.
