Everything in the application process was exemplary, i.e., prompt response to my application, then an agreement on the application date, all this very respectful and appealing. At the application appointment itself, I was shown the departments and the actual workplace. The whole interview was businesslike, but also very empathetic, which told me that both factual knowledge and social skills were needed. I felt respectfully treated and felt the interest in my knowledge and my person. This is how I imagine an interview for a job where it is about competencies, but also about interpersonal contacts. However, it is a pity that you did not actively use the "Suggestions for improvement" channel during your time with us. However, we are happy to take up your suggestion in this way as well and will pay more attention in the future to ensuring that employees in decentralized positions are well integrated. The "trust" you mentioned is indeed a central and important value at Steinhof. You got the impression that it was lacking. I'm sorry to hear that. In recent years, especially during the pandemic, we have experienced and gone through many challenging moments in the management and with the cadre, and have had to withstand enormous stresses and strains.
