The company is very transparent and sympathetic. The interaction between the care of the residents and the necessary empathy are noticeable. The residents are personalities who are perceived as such in their individuality. A personal, good feeling for "growing old".

The company and the actual job profile were explained to me well in the overall context. Everything in the application process was exemplary, i.e., prompt response to my application, then an agreement on the application date, all this very respectful and appealing. At the application appointment itself, I was shown the departments and the actual workplace. The whole interview was businesslike, but also very empathetic, which told me that both factual knowledge and social skills were needed. I felt respectfully treated and felt the interest in my knowledge and my person. This is how I imagine an interview for a job where it is about competencies, but also about interpersonal contacts. A good, exemplary experience. In my eyes, no improvement is needed.

Values are central and are taken seriously; they are lived by residents and employees. Employees are encouraged.

The benefits for employees could be better publicized - e.g. free parking!
