This works well in the company
In departments where the sword of dismissal has not yet "decapitated" the long-standing, experienced employees, things are running stably in conventional quality and, depending on the workload, with reasonable deadlines.
This could be improved
In the course of the change in the management, some experienced employees of many years were dismissed, which led to a loss of know-how and quality as well as scheduling problems. Due to non-appreciative, harsh employee management, permanent deadline stress and "problem solutions" with frequent personnel changes, the Buser ship will not get back from the storm tides to the once so stable quality and deadline course in the near future. True to the motto: "he who sows the wind will reap the whirlwind" ! Important: Encourage the MA and do not overtax them. The management / sales must be aware of the strengths of the company. Question the feasibility together with the responsible departments and learn from failures. Advise the customers accordingly in case of inquiries (coating-technical construction specifications). Cleanly plan and budget changes and realignments of the company and do not push them through in knee-jerk actions. Rome was not built in a week!
