Kneuss Güggeli

Not really much. If you are lucky you get into a "good" team.

As part of KNEUSS you have to go through the bottom. You work in 4 departments and are paid below minimum wage. There are no benefits and team spirit is a big word. You are turned against each other and thrown under the bus. The supervisor has no insight into your work and is not responsive to his employees. There is no point person for concerns or requests. If you don't have a vitamin B, you are worth nothing and not appreciated. Communication in the company is non-existent. Employees are not informed about anything at all. Work-life balance is non-existent as you take work home and can't switch off at home. Even when you are sick you are called at home and "harassed".

I really enjoyed working at KNEUSS Güggeli, the passionate family business. I was able to use my strengths and abilities to the full and found the environment to be very professional: KNEUSS Güggeli offers an excellent infrastructure both in the area of production, as well as in the areas of administration, workplace equipment, operating resources, etc. Goals are clearly agreed, measured and form a supportive and challenging working environment. Decision-making paths are short and market changes are responded to quickly and flexibly, which makes the job interesting. With a lot of dynamism, the employees are committed to a great brand and an excellent quality product. There is a great team spirit and superiors / HR have an open ear for employee concerns at all times.
