As a Executive HR Project Manager you will play a critical role in driving the success of our global HR strategy by seamlessly blending high-level administrative support, project management and leadership of the VP HR Office. With a proactive and independent approach, you will play a key role in enabling the VP of Human Resources’ success and contributing to the effectiveness of HR operations.

As a Executive HR Project Manager you will play a critical role in driving the success of our global HR strategy by seamlessly blending high-level administrative support, project management and leadership of the VP HR Office. With a proactive and independent approach, you will play a key role in enabling the VP of Human Resources’ success and contributing to the effectiveness of HR operations.
Your tasks
- Strategic Leadership: Take Co-ownership of key initiatives, including PMOs, HR workstreams, change management and innovation. Collaborate alongside with the Head of Human Resources to drive global HR projects, aligning strategic objectives with impactful execution in partnership with Senior Management
- Operational Excellence & Executive Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of Human Resources, ensuring seamless workflows
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee budget and cost center management for the head of Human Resources, ensuring precision, control and alignment with business goals
- Global Collaboration: Build strong relationships as the primary point of contact for HRLT, stakeholders and direct reports. Foster collaboration through excellent communication and intercultural awareness, enhancing alignment across diverse teams
- Event & Initiative Ownership: Lead the planning and coordination of key HR events and off-sites, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with organisational priorities
- Insight-Driven Decision Making: Deliver high-quality data analysis, presentations and reports that empower the Head of Human Resources to make informed, strategic decisions
Your Profile
- A seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience in C-suite support, project management, or Chief of Staff roles, ideally in a fast-paced industry
- Proactive and resourceful, with a proven ability to take ownership of complex projects, handle challenges with resilience and maintain focus under pressure
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills, combined with the ability to manage change, shape SR Technics' future as an inspiring workplace and handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1/C2), paired with a polished demeanor, impeccable manners and a solution-oriented mindset
- A true team player who thrives in collaboration, fosters trust and contributes to a positive and respectful working environment while confidently navigating intercultural dynamics across all organisational levels
- Creative and innovative, with a passion for generating ideas that drive improvements and support strategic goals
- Tech-savvy and proficient with business applications such as MS Office Suite, Teams and SAP, ensuring efficient communication, presentations and logistics management
- Diligent and conscientious, with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively and work proactively to ensure all details are attended to
