Job Title: Copywriter Intern
We're on the hunt for an organized, outgoing wordsmith who loves the written word and has a passion for editorial work. As part of our mighty Copy & Content team at EF’s Zurich headquarters, you’ll help us write and coordinate engaging content while sharpening your copywriting skills, all while contributing to our mission of opening the world through education.

This is you:
- Fluent in English, with exceptional writing and proofreading skills (other languages are a plus!)
- Unflinching attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, full of great ideas, and eager to learn
- A passion for language, cultural exchange, and editorial work
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Some experience in writing or editorial roles is a plus
- Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Hard-working but also keen to have a laugh
- Able to legally work in Switzerland (a European passport holder or Swiss work permit holder)
As a Copywriter Intern, you will:
- Join our experienced Copy and Content Team
- Support our talented, multi-skilled, and international team of copywriters, designers, and project managers across various projects
- Assist in the management and execution of content for our brochures and marketing materials, with a focus on print
- Write, proofread, fact-check, source, and ensure all content meets our high standards for quality and accuracy
- Implement strategic messaging across our marketing materials (be they brochures, flyers, or posters)
- Contribute fresh ideas to enhance our editorial projects and promotional materials
