Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive sales success? As a Channel Insights Manager Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing channel performance, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping strategic decisions. This role offers the chance to collaborate across departments, influence target setting, and provide senior management with clear, data-driven insights. Tasks:
- Collaborate with sales channels to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals by providing valuable insights and actionable plans to enhance their performance
- Drive Channel Performance: Plan, monitor, and drive channel performance towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets within the B2C segment
- Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Conduct detailed analyses to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted action plans
- Support Target Setting and Budget Planning: Assist the performance team in creating monthly sales targets and contribute to annual budget planning processes
- Market and Industry Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to uncover new business opportunities and recommend competitive strategies
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments within Consumer Acquisition as well as Performance Management, Finance, and Base Management, to align strategies and achieve business goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- +5 years of experiences in sales or channel management, business planning or controlling
- Professional experience in Telecommunications, or related industries is a plus
- Excellent skills in analyzing and presenting data and creating actionable insights and action plans
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to report and persuade different levels, including senior management
- Fluent in German and English
