Data Architect

We’re looking for a skilled Data Architect to drive data governance, quality, and innovation in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role is for you if you thrive on hands-on problem-solving and shaping scalable data solutions.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 10+ years working with complex data environments, including 3+ years in a dedicated data architecture role
• Experience with modern data observability tools and SaaS platforms
• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on with data platforms like Snowflake, Clickhouse, Redshift, or Databricks
• Skilled in AWS cloud infrastructure
• Familiar with data science workflows and ML integration
• Analytical, structured thinker who can lead by example and solve real-world problems efficiently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the company’s data infrastructure—architecture, governance, and quality control
• Create frameworks and pipelines that ensure data reliability and observability across systems
• Design and optimize scalable models and storage for structured and unstructured data
• Contribute to the long-term scalability strategy for managing 10x data growth
• Provide technical leadership across teams and guide data-driven decision-making
• Identify and resolve data issues quickly and transparently, informing stakeholders as needed
• Champion a data-first culture across the organization, providing training and support where needed
• Evaluate and implement new tools that enhance our data integrity and performance
