In your role you will count Sunrise B2B Directors and the management your regular audience. You will cooperate with Business Intelligence, Financial Controlling and Sales Steering teams on regular basis. You will be able to use your analytical, quantitative and communication skills as well as attention to detail to help Sunrise B2B plan, execute and learn from commercial processes and initiatives.
Tasks:
- Leads long-, mid- and short-term key commercial performance driver-based revenue and volume planning for key customer segments and product lines
- Provides regular performance insights to the B2B management team highlighting deviations form trends and targes on key dimensions (e.g. volume, ARPU, driver, segment, product, promo offer, region, channel) as well as resulting risks and opportunities as well as follow-up, deep-dive analysis
- Supports development of the overall B2B business planning and performance monitoring and reporting framework and KPI pyramid, coordinating with B2B business units, Finance and BI
- Supports segment/subsegment & vertical definition, potential quantification, commercial planning and performance monitoring
- Interfaces with Financial Controlling team on the necessary revenue and volume inputs for full P&L planning, forecast updates and performance related risk and opportunities
- Interfaces with Sales Steering team on sales targets development and sales channel performance
- Interfaces with B2B teams to capture and track key revenue initiatives and projects
- Builds-up and develops the Planning and Performance Analysis team
Requirements:
- Master degree in Business Administration or comparable course of study
- Deep knowledge of building different detailed Budget models in Excel
- Good systemical knowledge about Salesforce and Qliksense
- Excellent communication skills to tell stories about sales numbers
- Deep analytic skills to identify risks and opportunities out of Sales Performance Numbers
- Being Advisor and Challenger for Sales Channel Owner to optimize Sales Performance
- Fluent in English, German would be a plus
