Your daily contribution:
- Support Commodity teams by managing supplier rationalization, quality, and delivery improvement projects
- Support procurement initiatives and relationships to meet program goals
- Attend industry events to network and identify business opportunities
- Provide continuous process improvement to increase efficiency, quality, and reduce costs
- Lead high-visibility projects to successful outcomes
- Develop reports and scorecards to measure process success
- Lead large cross-functional projects to improve existing and new solutions
- Collaborate and coordinate with partners and stakeholders to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management
- Experience leading cross-functional and decentralized project teams
- Background in Procurement
- Program Management and Project Management skills – PMP designation is preferred
- English a must, German a plus.
- Able to work in international virtual teams within a matrix organization
