Your main responsibilities…
- Manage Relationships & Sales: Manage B2B (Retail) and OEM relationships, ensuring needs are met and driving sales.
- Analytics & Reporting: Provide analysis and reports on sales performance and for forecasting purposes.
- Identify Trends & Opportunities: Stay ahead of market trends. Identify and convert new sales opportunities.
- Build Efficient Processes & Tools: Develop and streamline B2B business processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate on Strategy: Work with sales, marketing and management teams on overall sales strategies.
- Support & Coordinate: Ensure proper order flow monitoring, transmission of information and timely delivery by coordinating with our operations and logistics teams.
- Backup in Sales Admin Team: Step in to support our sales administration team when needed.
- Problem Solving: Tackle challenges head-on with proactive solutions.
- Customer Interaction: Be the vital link between our B2B customers and the operations team.
What We're Looking For:
- People Skills: Great team player with excellent interpersonal skills who contributes to our positive working environment.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable strategy.
- Organized & Prioritized: You’re highly organized and know how to prioritize tasks.
- Business Acumen: You have a good understanding of business operations.
- Tech Skills: good Excel and general IT systems/tools.
- Interest in cycling & sports: Interest and experience in cycling or performance sports.
- Languages: Fluent in English. French and/or German at a business working level is a plus.
