Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst (F/M/X) with expertise in data science and analytics to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in programming and sensor data analysis, along with the ability to effectively contribute to our data-driven projects.
🔥 Responsibilities:
- Analyze sensor and system data to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement data detection, interpretation, and reporting methodologies.
- Conduct performance and stress testing to evaluate system capabilities and reliability.
- Process and analyze large datasets, focusing on low data rates and MB-sized data.
- Integrate MATLAB and Python solutions into product systems for enhanced functionality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and optimize analytical approaches based on project needs.
- Assess and identify future technology gaps to ensure continuous improvement in data processing capabilities.
🎯 Your Profile:
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- You have proven experience in data analysis, particularly in sensor-based data processing.
- You possess strong programming skills in MATLAB and Python, with experience in software development and integration.
- You have a solid understanding of performance evaluations and process assessments.
- You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
- You have effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work well within a team environment.
- Ideally, you have relevant industry experience in Defense, Aerospace, or Engineering.
