Content Production Manager (all, 80-100%)
As Content Production Manager you are a part of our Creative team in the Marketing department. In this role you own the complete product imagery process. You will work across the whole company engaging with stakeholders in all departments to upgrade and innovate on our product photography process, develop new systems and assets for the organisation, and push your creative limits while delivering core assets to the business.

Your responsibilities
- Lead the product imagery process
- Explore and implement Generative AI in product imagery
- Full ownership of the studio photography style guide
- Lead external and internal photo studio management (some international travel required)
- Own Product samples management (incl. logistics, automation)
- Manage product imagery budget
Your profile
- Bachelor Degree in job related field
- Proven experience in project management and creative production management
- Experience in art direction and photo studio management would be desirable
- Interest and/or experience in Generative AI
- Proactive and collaborative personality with an attention to detail
- Teamplayer with problem solving skills and process driven mindset
- Fluent in English (written/spoken), every other language would be a plus
- Strong knowledge in Excel and in a Generative AI Image Software, experience with Adobe Creative Suite or PIM software would be desirable
- Passion for the outdoors and mountains in general
