As Administration and Housing Manager, your tasks will be but are not limited to:
• Apply and train staff on the Gold Standards linked to the department
• Set strategic goals for the department in line with the school's annual roadmap and follow up/take action whenever necessary with SD
• Closely monitor student satisfaction in terms of housing and administration, share KPIs with the team and set departmental direction.
• Daily management of the admin board and monitoring of reservation queries/logs, liaison with the sales office whenever necessary
• Prepare and update accommodation presentations to promote the destination to sales offices
• Design and implement (in accordance with HQ guidelines) necessary departmental training to ensure core competencies are developed and maintained.
• Organize the arrival event for host families and students
• Responsible for the daily management of student residences, follow-up with local suppliers and cooperation partners
• Research and plan year-round summer homes to ensure maximum occupancy, visit new sites and align with EF standards
• Management of a hosting team
• Assist in the overall management of student well-being
• Ensure the provision of quality service before and throughout the course
• Liaison with global business offices, daily communication to ensure student well-being
• Monitor and continually seek to improve all administrative processes related to the department, namely: transfer, student feedback, host family visits.
• Monitor student discipline and issue warnings if necessary, liaise with school management if necessary
• Taking the emergency cell phone regularly
• Native French
• Flexibility to work in a lively demanding school environment
• CV and cover letter in French
• Fluent in English
• Third language is a plus
Although the post is office-based, where your administrative and computer skills will come into play, the working week will include evening events and weekends away on occasion.
