Fähigkeiten
- PhD in Biologie oder Immunologie; relevante Erfahrung in der Antikörperforschung.
- Erfahrung in Hochdurchsatz-Screening und Flow-Zytometrie.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch.

To expand and develop Numab's proprietary therapeutics pipeline we are looking for a highly motivated individual for a role in research within our discovery team.
Scientist mAb Discovery (100%)
Your Responsibilities:
-
Generate, analyse, & interpret high quality data in biochemical and cellular assay systems to progress Numab's discovery projects

Provide strategies for immunizations and screening workflows for identification of antibodies
-
Intellectual contribution to the design & organization of discovery projects

Generation of innovative ideas for novel ways of antibody discovery and adaptation of processes

Coordinate & support scientific activities within the team and with other teams
Ideal candidates will have:
-
PhD in biology, immunology or biochemistry and good knowledge in antibody drug discovery with a strong focus on antibody generation (immunization, display technologies, single B cell sorting, etc.) and in vitro screening (cell-based and biochemical assays) or a Master graduate with relevant expertise and multi-year experience

Two to three years of relevant industry experience is preferable and experience in collaborative teamwork is a must

Expertise in high throughput screening & flow cytometry with good acumen for automation

A strong goal-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and an ability to guide associates

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and sound oral and written English

Data compilation and statistical analysis, presentation of results to internal & external audience
