Responsibilities:

• Create personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and fitness levels
• Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients, ensuring proper form and technique
• Monitor and track client progress, adjusting programs as needed
• Offer guidance and support to clients, motivating them to reach their full potential
• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine client needs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably in a similar role
• Certification in Personal Training or a related field
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and fitness principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt programs to individual needs
