Team Collaboration: You will support the Project Management team of our R&D Programs and NPI Unit, as well as our technical team for System Integration & Validation.

Project & Team Coordination: You support Project Management and Technical teams in organizing and streamlining tasks.

Timeline Management: You ensure accurate data in our Collaborative Planning Software called “Playbook” and develop an Excel/VBA link to ThinkCell for clear timeline visualization.

Documentation: You create structured folder templates for our Document Management System and SharePoint, supporting training and implementation with project teams.

Budget and Resource Management: You improve our Excel-based budget and resource tracking tool and explore better alternatives.

Risk Management: You enhance our risk tracking tool and ensure data completeness while scouting for improved solutions.

Technical Support: You manage and update inputs into Valispace (our requirement & validation software), collaborating with content owners.

Educational Background: You are pursuing a university degree or engineering qualification within a scientific or engineering discipline (preferably chemistry, process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or material science).

Interest in R&D and Scale-up Projects: You have an interest in managing early-stage R&D (TRL 1-4) and Scale-up (TRL 4-7) projects.

Organizational Skills: You are well-organized, autonomous, adaptable, a practical thinker, and a resourceful problem-solver.

Proactive & Fast-Adaptive: You are proactive, thrive in a fast-changing environment, and can confidently discuss complex topics with your manager.

Communication & Relationship Building: You are a natural relationship builder, sociable, communicative, and fluent in English.

Excel Proficiency: You are proficient in Excel and eager to learn new software tools.

Availability: You are available for a full-time 6-month internship.

What we offer:
At Climeworks, our six-month internships offer a hybrid work setup, giving you flexibility while ensuring valuable collaboration by working onsite at least three days per week. To maintain fairness, we follow a standardized salary process based on market benchmarks. For our internships based in Switzerland, the compensation is:

During BSc & MSc: CHF 2,000 per month

After completion of MSc: CHF 2,500 per month
