Your Responsibilities
- Crafting and presenting high-quality drinks, cocktails, and long drinks
- Advising guests on drink selections and cocktail pairings
- Setting up, maintaining, and ensuring cleanliness of the bar area
- Contributing to the drink menu and developing new cocktail creations
- Monitoring stock levels and handling bar orders in coordination with the team
- Ensuring hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) are met at all times
- Supporting events and special occasions in the lounge
Your Qualification
- Several years of experience as a bartender, preferably in upscale gastronomy

Expertise in cocktail preparation and a passion for innovative drink concepts

Friendly and service-oriented personality with a keen sense for guest preferences

Creativity and enthusiasm for mixology trends and signature drinks

Reliability, team spirit, and a structured work ethic

Ability to handle pressure and high guest volumes with ease
- Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus
