You will play a key role in shaping how On develops and delivers new products. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for evolving the Go-To-Market process and ensuring that the necessary capabilities, technologies and ways of working are in place to support On’s long-term strategy. As a thought partner to the product organization leadership, you will design improvements that enhance efficiency, collaboration and business impact.
Your Mission
- Define and design the future state of the product organization processes, capabilities, technologies & ways of working
- Develop a clear roadmap for implementing strategic improvements across the product organization.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment by collaborating with innovation, product strategy, design, product development, sourcing, tech and other functions
- Partner with senior leaders to co-create and drive the adoption of new frameworks and best practices.
