As we continue our digital transformation and experience rapid growth in the U.S. and Europe, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is now hiring Interns with a passion for improvement, digital solutions, and helping patients.

As an Intern in Solutions Hub Team, you will receive and process procurement and accounts payable queries from local countries and the suppliers, through ticketing system. Reporting to the Solutions Hub Team Leader/Manager, you will be an innovative, trusted partner to business, procurement and finance.

Accelerate value & make an impact by:

• Supporting employees and suppliers with best-in-class tools and processes, covering a wide range of queries on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, purchasing process and system (Ariba, Invoice Track, SAP) 

• Working closely with second line support (IT, Accounts Payable, Master Data, Accounting and Reporting) to provide stakeholders with end-to-end solutions

• Providing pro-active feedback on how to improve the process and drive continues improvement projects

• Required qualifications :

• Academic background preferably in finance/ accounting / economics , but not a must ; 2nd to 5th year of studies or a graduate

• Fluent English

• Customer-oriented attitude

• General curious mindset

• Building relationships

• Flexibility

• Agility

• Very good communication skills & interpersonal skills

• Working knowledge of Excel would be an asset

• Stress resistance, dedication

• Willingness to learn new things

• Experience in customer service would be an asset
