Your contribution
 

As a Technical Lead, you will guide the development and modification of laboratory devices, from analyzing existing systems and requirements to creating and implementing concepts. You will collaborate with product managers to align future development needs and ensure that technical solutions meet customer requirements and Tecan's product development strategy.

Responsibilities
 

• Conduct technical analysis of current instruments and systems, and collaborate with product managers on future development requirements.
• Prepare design reviews and create concept evaluations and architectural documentation.
• Lead technical aspects of modules or devices throughout the project and product lifecycle, considering all constraints such as risks, reliability, and usability.
• Evaluate relevant technologies, conduct feasibility studies, and perform root cause analyses.
• Manage configurations and contribute to risk management, ensuring knowledge transfer across projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with experience in technical leadership.
• Proven experience in technical analysis and concept development for laboratory devices.
• Strong skills in configuration management and risk assessment.

• Proficiency in ensuring compliance with SOPs and Tecan guidelines.
