- Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind notwendig.
- Erfahrung im HR-Bereich ist von Vorteil.

As an Apprentice Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating our apprenticeship program in Switzerland. You will work closely with our educational partner, our apprentices, trainers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful training experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the professional growth of apprentices in a dynamic and international environment. Your background

Firm knowledge of the vocational training system in Switzerland

Ideally Bachelor degree in Human Resources or in a related field

1-2 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role and/or talent management/employer branding

A self-starter by nature, you are highly conscientious in your approach, as well as displaying team spirit, a quick intellect and finely honed planning and organizational skills

Willingness and ability to work in an international matrix and multi-cultural environment

Fluency in English & German is mandatory
