As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for serving as the face of Chronoswiss with our network of high-end clientele.

You’re interested in building and maintaining an extensive private network of watch clients—you’re a connector who can network easily. You’re a person who goes the extra mile to close the deal and get the job done.
Who are we? Chronoswiss is a medium-sized independent family company and manufacturer of modern mechanical luxury timepieces. Through the unique combination of the latest technologies, progressive materials and classic craftsmanship, we create unmistakably contemporary watches made in Lucerne and sell them in over 20 countries worldwide.
Responsibilities include:
- Working and building the CRM database.
- Promptly and professionally follow up on leads generated from digital marketing campaigns to sell watches, while building relationships with watch enthusiasts and capturing key data in our CRM.
- Managing of existing clients who have previously bought watches with us; growing and nurturing those relationships to uncover new needs, leads, and opportunities frequently
- Consistently achieving seasonal individual and company sales goals through phone and online sales
- Discuss watches, complications, and give advice to customers regarding watch purchases, providing the highest level of service, accessibility, and follow-up.
- Communicate with clients after every experience to ensure unconditional satisfaction, setting the stage for subsequent deals, referrals and testimonials.
- To be fluent in English and German with knowledge of other European languages as a plus;
- Provide the highest level of service, accessibility and follow up with ongoing client leads as well as new leads
- Supporting Customer Service ~30% (working with the ERP System / logistics)
- Team player in a dynamic environment
