What you do:

• Deputising and assisting the ?Senior Programme Manager" in the successful execution of Pilatus trainer aircraft and training system projects
• Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to confirm requirements and ensure all parties are fully aware of the project requirements and objectives
• Assisting with the detailed planning of the project, communicating the plan to all stakeholders and then monitoring and expediting progress to ensure deadlines are successfully achieved
• Organising, preparing for and leading customer meetings, acceptance events and internal program reviews
• Supporting the ?Senior Programme Manager" to finalise production, delivery and acceptance plans in collaboration with the customer, and internal Units/Departments
• Assisting the ?Senior Programme Manager" with all financial aspects of the project to ensure financial objectives are fulfilled as well as generating and reviewing plans, reports and customer required documentation

What you bring:

• Experience within the aircraft industry; previous programme management experience is desirable but not essential
• Organisational skills and sense of responsibility
• Well-developed communication and reporting skills as well as willingness to make presentations and lead meetings
• Willingness and ability to travel abroad for extended periods, if required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, knowledge of German is highly desirable
• Self-motivation, conscientiousness, and commitment to independent and accurate work
