As part of the Business Intelligence & Performance team, this position will hold a key role in driving the Forum’s understanding of its operational performance. This person will manage the reporting on the Forum’s objectives and key results including (i) growth and retention of partners (ii) engagement of existing partners in the Forum’s communities, initiatives and events (iii) progress on operational excellence metrics. In addition, the chosen candidate will generate data-backed insights across the organization and drive further adoption of dashboards

Another critical aspect of the role will be to help inform leadership of critical trends through the development of presentations.
Reporting lines and interactions:
The Business Analyst reports to the Business Intelligence & Performance Lead. The role is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Main responsibilities :
-
Analyze, synthesize and summarize progress and trends for senior management through monthly and quarterly updates

Create narratives and drive business intelligence insights across the Forum based on key performance indicators including (i) growth and retention of partners (ii) engagement of partners and constituents across Forum communities, events and initiatives (iii) constituents across Forum communities, events

Own the design, implementation and adoption of existing and new performance indicators or dashboards for Business and Centre teams of the Forum

Preferred Requirements and Experience:
Education Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Finance (or equivalent)
Work Experience:
-
3+ years of relevant working experience
Knowledge and skills:
-
Robust Excel, Data Analytics and Statistical skills (preferably SQL knowledge & experience handling large datasets)

Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
-
Strong problem solver with ability to manage priorities, and address complex and ambiguous cases
-
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams both on-site and remotely
-
Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau is a strong asset
