Spare Parts Planner (SAP HANA)

We are seeking a Temporary Spare Parts Planner with expertise in SAP HANA to support critical planning and operational tasks as we expand our spare parts business. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate setup of MRP profiles, execute stock transfers, coordinate with suppliers, and contribute to inventory planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Material Planning and MRP Profiles
• Ensure all spare parts are accurately assigned appropriate MRP (Material Requirements Planning) profiles in SAP HANA as the business expands.
• Verify and update master data to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
• Stock Transfers and Procurement
• Execute internal stock transfer orders between WinGD plants to balance inventory levels efficiently.
• Coordinate with the CMS supplier to purchase stock and manage procurement activities.
• Planning Tool Analysis and Testing
• Conduct analyses and testing of potential planning tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in supply chain operations.
• Provide insights and recommendations on tool feasibility and implementation.
• Forecasting and Inventory Management
• Prepare the 2026 inventory investment plan, including detailed forecasts and inventory strategies.
• Develop and deliver presentations to management summarizing inventory investment goals and plans.
• Support supplier forecasting activities, ensuring timely and accurate demand planning.
• Team and Administrative Support
• Assist team members with ad hoc planning administration tasks as needed.
• Provide coverage for team members during planned or unplanned absences, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Reporting and Data Analysis
• Generate and review reports to track stock levels, order accuracy, and supplier performance.
• Analyze trends and data to identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP HANA in a supply chain, materials planning, or spare parts management role.
• Strong knowledge of MRP processes and inventory management principles.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to conduct data-driven analyses.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience preparing executive presentations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in supplier forecasting and inventory planning is an advantage.
