The International Olympic Committee is the guardian of the Olympic Games and the leader of the Olympic Movement.
A truly global organisation, it acts as a catalyst for collaboration between all Olympic stakeholders, including the athletes, the National Olympic Committees, the International Federations, Organising Committees for the Olympic Games, the Worldwide Olympic Partners and Olympic broadcast partners. It also collaborates with public and private authorities including the United Nations and other international organisations.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a young university graduate/HES or equivalent to acquire experience in the area of rights activation in a large international sports organisation.
About the role:
As the Rights Activation Intern you will be supporting the Rights Activation Team and Rule 40 Approvals. You will also be helping with Rights Activation activities and processes as agreed with Senior Manager, Rights Activation.
Your responsibilities:
Provides assistance and knowledge and helps the Rights Activation Team with:

Rule 40 approvals support

Support the RA Team on approvals and servicing

Support the RA Team on its Sharepoint sites
-
Support the RA Team on Milano-Cortina 2026 preparations
-
Support the RA Team on platform development activities
-
Other projects as they relate to Rights Activation and/or TMS
Generally, lends assistance to colleagues when priorities and emergencies dictate.
Our requirements

University qualification, first work experience a plus.

Capacity to create visually appealing presentations
-
Familiarity with teamwork, in terms of both managing the flow of files and communicating with colleagues.

Knowledge of the world of sport.

Complete familiarity with IT software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Fluent in English.

Ability to anticipate problems and propose solutions.

Autonomy, sense of organisation and priorities.
