Your Responsibilities
Management Systems
- Maintain and enhance the organization's management system globally, ensuring documentation of key processes, tasks, and procedures
- Conduct internal audits and assessments, analyze results, define improvement measures, and oversee their execution
- Plan, prepare, and coordinate external audits with certification bodies while ensuring compliance with standards
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and best practices across all locations
- Drive standardization of management system aspects across global operations
Quality Management
- Develop and implement a robust quality management system to enhance service levels in licensing, spare parts, retrofits, hybrid solutions, and digital offerings
- Support the supply chain in supplier qualification, quality management audits, and supplier compliance
- Manage customer and supplier complaints, ensuring efficient resolution and continuous improvement
Environmental & Sustainability
- Keep environmental analyses up to date and ensure operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Define environmental and sustainability targets, implement initiatives, and monitor progress
Health & Safety
- Oversee health and safety measures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Develop and implement HSE training programs and conduct safety assessments
- Act as the primary contact for authorities, certification bodies, and insurance providers regarding occupational safety matters
- Support managers and employees in meeting health and safety requirements
Your Profile
- Higher education or further training in business engineering, business administration, process management, quality management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and data effectively
- Understanding of operational workflows in customer relations, research & development, sales, and engineering
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Experience in project management, particularly in steering quality management initiatives from planning to execution
- Innovative mindset with a drive for process optimization and continuous improvement
