- Sei unser Segmentexperte für Kunden in Qualitätskontrolle und F&E.
- Führe kontinuierliche Marktanalysen und Empfehlungen durch.

- Erforderlich sind Erfahrungen im Marketing und Kenntnisse der Branche.
- Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Analytisches Denken und Projektmanagementkompetenzen.

The global Marketing Team of the Laboratory Division (LAB) is in charge of planning, creating and executing worldwide marketing activities in cooperation with our business units and sales organizations. In order to strengthen our Laboratory Division marketing team, we are looking for a business oriented, pro-active and dynamic Segment Marketing Manager 100% (all genders)In this role, your responsibilities would include: You will work with teams across the LAB Division to provide industry expertise for marketing strategy, planning, campaigns as well as material creationYou will be our segment expert to our customers in quality control and R&D laboratories for the Pharma and Biotech, Food and Beverage and Testing Laboratories segmentsFurther you will support lab projects for strategic growth segmentsYou will research and write value and campaign content on segment specific topics and work closely with internal and external research sources to ensure that accurate market and market segment profiles are maintainedYou will lead and support different sales related projects in close collaboration with the Strategic Business units (SBUs) and the GroupYou will conduct continuous market monitoring and impact analysis of needs, trends, compliance, and other key influencers; proactively recommends corrective action when appropriateYou will provide insights and expertise for the creation of marketing and sales materials and ensure it is inline with the customer languageLast but not least you will lead LAB marketing trainings to educate the LAB Division on segment topics using both our online training portal and online/face to face training
