We are seeking a talented and proactive Facility Manager for our Lincoln campus to oversee and ensure our facility meets the needs of an ever-changing business. Our campus includes clinics, laboratories and office space in multiple buildings.

- Responsible for staff management, leadership and coaching
- Manage Facilities Department; equipment, work ticket system, and Building Automation System
- Manage Security program; systems and staff, leads security meetings
- Responsible for research of and negotiating with vendors and contractors for facilities
- Responsible for budget development and control
- Manage vehicle fleet maintenance
- Manage waste disposal process and 3rd party custodial vendors
- Meet OSHA and safety regulations, serve as safety officer for site, coordinate and manage site safety program
- 5 or more years of experience as a Facility Manager and leading the team
- Ability to support internal customers, budget requirements and documentation requirements for a highly regulated industry
- Working knowledge of HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems; understands the systems and has the ability to work in partnership with vendors
- Security program oversight preferred
- Experience working with vendor contracts and contractors
- Experience with work management ticketing systems
- Building automation systems experience highly preferred
- Experience in healthcare is a plus
- Ability to be on-call 24/7
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
