Senior Sales Advisor

Your Role

As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will:

• Build strong relationships with students and their families, guiding them to the right EF educational programs.
• Act as the key point of contact for Norwegian-speaking customers, delivering exceptional service and support.
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs, inspiring interest, and closing deals to meet ambitious goals.
• Support the Norwegian Country Manager with program delivery and strategic sales efforts.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives to boost awareness and engagement in the Norwegian market.
• Manage program logistics, ensuring smooth operations and a world-class customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with the Oslo team and EF offices worldwide to align strategies and share best practices.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Native-level proficiency in Norwegian and strong command of English (both spoken and written).
• Academic background in business, education, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Experience studying, working, or traveling abroad.
• Ambition to grow professionally and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
