Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

Job Description

• You support project management in day-to-day operations and gain initial professional experience.
• You independently manage projects using the SCRUM methodology.
• You apply your theoretical knowledge in practice by creating market, competitive, and sales analyses using SAP.
• You assist the project team in further developing the visualization software in the area of category management, focusing on assortment automation and space optimization.
• You take responsibility for preparing presentations for management.
• You work in international project teams, expand your network, and gain insights into different work cultures.

Qualifications

• Education: studies or recent graduation, preferably in the field of marketing, product, or project management
• Enthusiasm: interest and passion for product management and marketing topics
• Personality and Work Style: committed, proactive, with an analytical and holistic mindset
• Experience and Know-How: very good IT skills (MS Office), SAP knowledge is an advantage; commercial and technical understanding
• Languages: good command of German and English, both spoken and written

Additional Information

• Start: ideally from August 04, 2025 or upon agreement
• Duration: 12 months or by arrangement (shorter duration possible) - 32h/ week to 40h/ week
• The prerequisite for the internship is enrollment at a university or a university degree not older than 6 months.
