Aufgaben
- Bewertung des aktuellen Datenstands zur Migration und Identifikation von Risiken.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern zur Anforderungserhebung und Testplanung.
- Entwicklung einer umfassenden Migrationsstrategie und Risikominderung.
Fähigkeiten
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Datenmigration und Teamleitung.
- Starke Kommunikations- und Planungsfähigkeiten.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in CI/CD-Pipelines.

Migration SME in the ROC Core Programme being responsible to support the completion of the Migration strategy, provide recommendations to the Migration lead on the setup of the team based on previous experiences. Ensure timely delivery of the migrations to the required quality and budget. Identify , asses and mitigate any risks associated with migration by early identification of issues.
IHRE AUFGABEN
- Evaluation of the current state of system/application data to be migrated and identify risks/challenges to develop a successful migration plan
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for the migration , including functional and non functional ones, Data mapping & testing needs.
- Ensure comprehensive migration design & solution design delivery from the Software teams including architecture, infrastructure and and data transformation
- Ensure completion of data analysis and profiling
- Support in development of a successful migration strategy
- Ensure creation of test plans and test cases by providing quality gates
- Identify and mitigate risks with the migration
- Provide inputs for the cutover team and collaborate closely.
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 10 years of experience in leading teams or being in a management position
- At least 10 years of experience in the area of Data Migration
- Several years of work experience in a similar capacity in the financial industry
- Extended experience on different migration, reconciliation and Cutover tools.
- Expert on test processes and topics around quality management and quality assurance
- Experienced in leading process changes into an organization
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipeline and its automation technologies like Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
- Strong experience in project management as well as change and release management
- Very good experience in running a delivery roadmap and resource planning
- Higher Education in Computer Science (University, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent diploma)
- Very strong communication and planning skills
- Very good German and English language skills (written and verbal)
- Strong team player with funded experience on leading teams
- Customer oriented with focus to support an organization in developing and providing solutions
- Very good understanding of software lifecycle and its operational management
- Very high level on self-motivation to drive initiatives and initiating changes
- Willingness to bring in new ideas and initiate changes
