The International Olympic Committee is the guardian of the Olympic Games and the leader of the Olympic Movement.
A truly global organisation, it acts as a catalyst for collaboration between all Olympic stakeholders, including the athletes, the National Olympic Committees, the International Federations, Organising Committees for the Olympic Games, the Worldwide Olympic Partners and Olympic broadcast partners. It also collaborates with public and private authorities including the United Nations and other international organisations.
About the role:
As the Olympic Solidarity Impact Management Analyst you will be assisting in the implementation of Olympic Solidarity's monitoring, evaluation and learning framework. You will also be supporting the analysis of large volumes of qunatitative and qualitative data.
Your responsibilities:

Support the Impact Manager and the larger Olympic Solidarity team in the implementation of the monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) framework.

Analyze large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data.

Closely collaborate with programme management teams to ensure MEL plans are on track and to gather feedback.

Ensure data collection tools capture data accurately.

Closely collaborate and follow-up with programme management teams, other IOC teams and external partners to ensure proper delivery of deliverables such as evaluations and data visualization dashboards.

Drafting internal and external communication materials and presentations.

Produce periodic reports and statistics for the programmes.

Support the facilitation of a learning culture by identifying lessons learnt, best practices and areas for improvement.
Our requirements
- Master’s degree or higher education qualification or equivalent professional experience.

Professional experience working in an international and multi-cultural environment.

English fluency, with excellent writing and speaking skills. Working knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus).

Ability to quickly learn how to navigate complicated databases and platforms.

Excellent command of the corporate tools and ability to follow the internal user rules.

Willingness and interest to learn about monitoring and evaluation concepts, familiarity or prior experience in monitoring and evaluation and mixed methods research design a plus.

Experience cleaning, processing, analyzing and synthesizing large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data.

Ability to facilitate discussions with diverse teams and follow-up on outstanding issues.

Strong proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools with demonstrated skills in complex formulas, pivot tables, data models and data analysis.

Competence in PowerBI and other data cleaning, processing and analysis tools.

Proactive and is able to manage time and priorities.
