Chief Sales Officer (m/f/d) Member of the Management Board
We’re looking for a courageous commercial leader to join the Neutrik Group as CSO – someone who knows how to scale a business by building a customer-centric growth engine.The future CSO will do more than just optimize sales. This leader will transform the commercial organization into a proactive, insight-driven partner in the market. By recognizing patterns behind the numbers, making clear, fact-based decisions, and strategically investing in people and structure, the CSO will create real impact.
Leading through enablement, the CSO will coach teams, foster alignment, and focus on what truly moves the needle. Customer proximity will become a catalyst for innovation, and strategy will evolve into shared, sustainable growth – for Neutrik and its partners.
The ideal candidate brings extensive
international senior leadership experience
in a commercial role, such as CSO or VP of Sales & Marketing, within a technology-driven, global B2B environment. With a proven track record in leading commercial transformation, including scaling teams, redefining go-to-market strategies, and aligning organizations for growth, the candidate excels at leading diverse, distributed teams with a clear focus on performance, coaching, and ownership. A deep understanding of modern sales, marketing and product functions, and how these areas interact to create customer value, is essential. The ideal candidate has also successfully designed and launched new business models and commercial strategies. High comfort with technology, data, and digital tools is key, as these are leveraged to inform decisions and enable business success.
