For our “central transition unit” within Front Risk Management Department based in Zurich, we are looking for a Transition Support Analyst to apply established procedures to off-board selected client relationships. The employee will have to get in contact self-reliantly with clients and diverse internal and external stake-holders. The goal is to have the client off-boarded in an efficient and client centric way.
IHRE AUFGABEN

Handle the account closure process of existing clients, incl. proactively contacting clients and managing complicated discussions connected to the off-boarding procedures

Attend incoming calls and ensure that always a prompt action is taken

Drive consistency on the implementation of the policies to meet existing and enhanced standards

Work alongside the internal stakeholders from different departments to ensure that all regulatory obligations and internal requirements are met

Manage multiple tasks and workflows simultaneously, maintaining the “big picture”

Support internal remediation projects

Act as centre of competence within the 1st LOD for questions in connection with off-boarding initiatives
YOUR PROFILE

Up to 2 years previous banking experience with a proven track record in servicing banking clients with complex needs is a must
-
Experience in a Client facing function preferred. Risk or Compliance background alternatively will be considered

Strong problem solving skills and solution and business oriented

Independent, efficient and meticulous work method

Strong personality with good organizational and operational skills and ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines

Able to work independently and to work collaboratively across functions and regions

Able to deal effectively and positively with conflict situations with clients during resolution of cases.

Strong sense of integrity and discretion

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in English and either French or Spanish (ideally both), other languages are a plus
