Jurist & Project Manager (Turkey-Switzerland Operations)

Job Description:

Beemerging GmbH, a leading is a catering and gastronomy materials trading company with operations in both Switzerland and Turkey, is seeking a Jurist & Project Manager to act as a bridge between our Swiss company and management in Turkey, represent Swiss parent company in country Turkey, overseeing business operations, and facilitating seamless communication between the two entities.

Responsibilities:

Represent the Swiss headquarters in Turkey, ensuring alignment between the Turkish subsidiary and the parent company,

Provide legal and compliance support for cross-border corporate and financial operations,

Ensure regulatory compliance with Swiss and Turkish business laws,

Draft and review commercial contracts, corporate agreements, and compliance reports,

Advise on international business transactions, regulatory risks, and operational strategies,

Facilitate communication and coordination between Swiss management and Turkish operations,

Oversee legal matters related to corporate governance, financial compliance, and investment strategies.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in law or a related field

Licensed attorney in Turkey, with experience in Swiss corporate and financial regulations

Strong understanding of Turkish and Swiss business law,

Fluent in English, with at least B2-level proficiency in German,

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
