We are looking to strengthen the Quality Control team with a
Training Professional (m/f/d) for Global Training and Development.
Our team: dynamic and interdisciplinary
As part of our expansion strategy, we have decided to strengthen our Global Training and Development team and is therefore looking for a new Training Professional (m/f/d).
You will join a department of 20 which is divided into two teams - Operations and Development & Implementation. The team of 11 Training Professionals supports diverse, GxP-regulated interfaces including production, logistics, quality, environment, etc. as well as non-GxP-regulated areas such as HR, Legal, Finance, etc. We are constantly improving our processes of establishing new standards and developing new training concepts. You, together with the team, will be instrumental in shaping the process of how we support our internal customers in the Global Operations organization to perform their tasks in the best possible way.
As a Training Professional (m/f/d) you will be a central point of contact for the site in Bern and enable fast, transparent as well as effective training processes.
You will work - from Bern, with two other colleagues - with a manager and other colleagues in Denmark as well as a colleague in Germany and for this purpose, you will need to coordinate well in English via MS Teams. You will report directly to our Manager Operations (day-to-day manager) in Global Training and Development and can expect to travel around 30 days per year.
Your tasks
We are looking for a Training Professional (m/f/d) who has a flair for setting up structures and likes to work with standards (SOPs) to maintain and further develop the existing training systems. You will work with standards and concepts to be implemented in all Global Operations departments. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks.
These include:
- Maintaining the relevant elements of the training system (Veeva)
- Coordinating and developing new training modules ("training packages" with documents and other elements for practical sideman training)
- Ensure correct registration and entry of data into the relevant systems
- Working closely and in a service-oriented manner with managers and employees with different professional backgrounds
- Monitoring training progress and supporting the most effective training process
Your personal and professional qualifications
You are open-minded, like to work independently, and solution-oriented. In addition, you intuitively take on responsibility. With your systematic way of working you keep the overview even in hectic situations with many different stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to:
- Possess GxP experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or in a large international manufacturing company.
- Have 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Be fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and have a good understanding of IT systems
- Your educational background is explicitly not decisive for us
