How you can make an impact
- Collaborate with industry experts to manage CBTC system projects, ensuring alignment of customer requirements with product and defining tailored applications.
- Draft conceptual documents, system functional descriptions, system architectures, and interface specifications, aligning them with both generic product standards and customer needs.
- Ensure seamless integration and compliance of all CBTC project systems with customer requirements, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Participate in meetings and presentations, adeptly responding to inquiries and providing technical support.
- Address technical challenges within customer projects promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate within bid teams to finalize the technical aspects of bids, ensuring that technical bid documents meet customer specifications while aligning with the generic product framework.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, development teams, and project teams, to enhance alignment in CBTC system design and implementation.
How you will contribute
- Possess a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Have a proven track record of at least 5 years in project management within sectors such as railway, defense, aerospace, or related industries
- Previous involvement in CBTC projects or experience with other rail signaling solutions is a highly valuable asset
- Strong team player with excellent social skills, a strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and adept problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CBTC standards such as IEEE and EN is advantageous
- Willingness to travel 20%-40% or potentially relocate for project assignments, including locations such as the USA, India, or other destinations
- Possession of INCOSE or OGM Certification is beneficial, particularly with credentials such as "CSEP" or "OCSMP" and higher levels being highly regarded.
