ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
The Country Quality and Food Safety Manager is responsible for the quality management and food safety and ensures the execution of the QFS step change plan with special focus on plant operations and throughout the Country Organization. The QFS Manager is responsible to implement the legally demanded food safety system for locally produced and traded products and services.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plant/Country level QFS target setting
- Execution of CtQMM Program and of B2B requirement in all ICSC areas
- Escalating Plant process related QFS issues and QFS trends/alerts
- Escalating supplier related QFS issues and trends
- Responsible for taking final decision on QFS issues and risk mitigation
- Preparing and approving QFS procedures/sampling plans
- Communicating with Authorities and formal representation of Plant/Country operation
- Ensuring compliance with QFS standards
- HACCP 1st level approval
- Translating and aligning KORE, Group and QFS legal requirements at Plant & ICSC level
- Defining and executing QFS people development activities
- Strategic alignment of quality requirements between TCCC, CCHBC and Country operation
- Definition and implementation of annual business plan for QA Marketplace and other quality related topics
- Being part of Incident Management Team and supporting the plants during audits
THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• Completed master’s degree (University/FH) in Food Engineering
• Many years of work experience required (min. 7 years) in related field
• Further education in business administration
• Several years of experience in quality area People management skills
• Swiss and European food legislation knowledge
• ISO/FSSC requirements; HACCP program development
• German & English
